  • Snack
    • Fruit Leather
    • granola bar
  • Lunch
    • chili
    • bagel w/ a miniscule amount of cream cheese
    • raisins
  • Snack
    • yogurt
    • beef jerkey
  • Dinner
    • baked chicken
    • boiled yukon gold potatoes
    • green salad
    • apple/berry crisp w/ vanilla ice cream

Exercise:

  • Run 5 miles [skipped]
