Fitness Update — Day 18

Food:

  • a bowl of GoLean Crunch (1 cup cereal, .75 cup 2% organic milk)
  • an egg, scrambled
  • fruit leather
  • green tea
  • a banana
  • chili (pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce & tomatoes)
  • carrots
  • a ham sandwich (ham, mustard, lettuce, cheese, a tiny bit of mayo on organic sprouted whole-grain bread)
  • yogurt (6oz)
  • a granola bar
  • sprouted, whole-grain toast w/ peanut butter
  • .875 oz dark chocolate

Exercise:

  • strength training #4, (3×12) [postponed until tomorrow a.m.]

  1. Is this a whole day’s worth of food?! You should add some nuts for protein and salad as well. Also, make sure you are taking a multi-vitamin - there is no B12 in that food! :)

  2. To the first question, no. When you posted, I’d only posted breakfast (cereal, milk and an egg), a.m. snack (a banana, tea and fruit leather), lunch (chili), and afternoon snack (carrots). That didn’t include my dinner or any of the after-dinner snacks (ill timed, I know) that I ate.

    I do also take a multi-vitamin and drink nearly a gallon of water per day, which I don’t report here.
